Background
Ray is a former (now retired) Director of Information Technology Architecture and Planning for Fairfax County, VA. During his 30+ year career in IT, he has been a programmer, systems analyst, database administrator, network "weenie", web developer and manager, project leader and IT director. He ran his own highly successful "from home" online business between 1988 and 1993. That business, TCM Computing, which of course predates the Web, utilized BBS dialup technology and became one of the first businesses to offer products via online purchase. Ray has also had two (computer related) books published, as well as numerous magazine articles. He has spoken at seminars all over the country on both computer-related and business topics.
 Jennifer has been active in web development and Internet marketing for more than seven years, with additional experience in marketing prior to that. She currently owns a number web-based business services, dealing primarily with assisting people in marketing their own websites and products. She is also the author of a popular eBook "Writing Effective Email Ad Copy",
as well as a popular training product "The Redmond Files".. For anyone who plans to run their own online business, Jennifer can assist you with promoting that site.
